PODCAST + FRAMEWORK
GRIEF Ladies
Support For Peaks & Valleys Of Grief
The G.R.I.E.F. Framework
A simple path you can return to again and again—whether you’re a griever or you support someone who is.
G - Grounding
(Starting with the Basics)
We'll start with the things you can control—sleep, food, movement—because until these are handled, nothing else works. This is your foundation. Everything else builds from here.
R - Rebuilding
(Routine & Structure)
Routine and structure are often overlooked, but grief changes these significantly. Your old patterns don't fit anymore. We'll help guide you with ideas and direction for creating new ones that actually work—something you can count on.
I - Interacting (Communication & Relationships)
Grief changes every relationship you have. People don't know what to say, families struggle together, and friends disappoint you in unexpected ways. We'll help you with the conversations, the language, understanding when support helps and when you may need to navigate some things on your own.
E - Evolving (Self-Esteem & Complex Emotions)
When our self-esteem is low, it can be very hard to get motivated or trust that any effort or decision will turn out okay. Anger, guilt, and regret are natural, but they can take over. We'll help you recognize when thoughts aren't serving you and challenge thinking habits that may have started since your loss.
F - Finding
(Figuring Out What Comes Next)
Grief challenges your roles and identity. You may wonder where you fit or where you want to be. We'll help support the next step by starting small and making all of this feel more manageable.
